On Friday, Microsoft announced it will close all it’s physical stores across the world.

The way of doing business or our daily life, everything changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it can’t be undone and tech giants are changing their policies.
In the month of March, Microsoft had to close all it’s physical stores due to coronavirus pandemic. Microsoft has 83 stores worldwide, 72 stores in the United States and in the abroad where it sells own products such as laptop, hardware, etc.
This strategic change will cut down the work force as well specially who are working in these retail stores and at the same time, cost cutting from these store’s rent such as electricity bills, water, and other services includes.
But Microsoft ensured that all employees will have the opportunity to remain with the company.
The official said, it would “re-imagine” the physical spaces at its four high-profile Microsoft Experience Centers in New York, London, Sydney, Australia and at the company’s headquarters in Redmond, Washington.
