Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Apple’s 5th wave of closing its physical stores in the following 7 states Alabama, California, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
Apple has already closed it’s 50 stores as of July 1. The orders which are already booked can be picked by 3rd of July.
Customers and the employees as well get confused due to open-closure of the stores and its much more challenging for Apple as the business getting affected badly. Today Apple updated its Temporary Retail Store Closures FAQ to help address customer concerns.
Apple closely monitoring the local health data and accordingly taking decision of opening and closing of the stores.
I would suggest ordering online if your local store is still open from Apple’s online store as it has good no contact home delivery service across the United States instead of Apple pickup.
